REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR 2024
Please complete this registration form to participate.
Registration closes 7/28/2024.
Set up begins at 9:30AM. Check in at the registration table and you will be directed to your station location.
Please bring all necessary supplies to host a fun activity and promotional materials to give to the community that will represent your business. (includes tables, chairs, tents, volunteers, equipment, etc.) more information here
Current local Covid-19 guidelines will need to be followed.
All vendors will be promoted in event communications pre-, onsite, and post event.

Umbrellas for sun or rain
Promotional Materials to hand out for future customers
Activities to have the community engaged in what you do
No food is allowed to be sold unless a health department permit is on file with the Village.
